Making the most of a cold and rainy morning, Elizabeth Reaser was all smiles (though a bit startled by the crazy fans) in New York City earlier today (November 20) as she made her way into MTV studios.

Umbrella in hand, the “Twilight” actress happily stopped to sign autographs and pose for pictures with the hundreds of waiting fans.

The vampire vixen recently told press how the vampire series has skyrocketed her acting career, telling, “It’s definitely affected my life. I’ve never been involved in something like this, even with “Grey’s” [Anatomy], which has a huge fan base.”

The 34-year-old beauty continued, “This is a whole other level. When we were shooting in Vancouver, fans from all over the world would come to meet us. It was amazing. It took me a long time to realize how big it was,” she says. “It’s hard to articulate.”
