

Stepping out to take care of her daily duties, Jessica Biel was spotted leaving the Avalon hotel in Beverly Hills, California on Thursday (April 9).
The “Powder Blue” babe was accompanied by a male acquaintance, looking stylish in an all-black ensemble with knee-high tan leather boots.
Meanwhile, Miss Biel’s personal trainer, Jason Walsh, recently chatted with People magazines about the workout routine keeping Jess in such great shape.
Among the highlights, Walsh tells that Jessica warms up with walking lunges, saying, “This stretches the larger leg and glute muscles.”
Also in the routine, Biel hits the track and jogs for half a mile, then does two 200-meter, 150-meter, and 100-meter sprints. This type of cardio interval training “leans her out,” Jason says.
As for the core, “Hanging leg raises don’t build a six-pack, but they flatten,” says Walsh. “Jessica hates them, but she powers through!”
